I often check the AppStore for newly arrived apps that can help me simplify my life or improve it somehow else. A recently an app called Fabulous was published and got my attention. For a couple of months ago I switched from a broken Samsung phone to a new iPhone and one of the apps I was missing was Fabulous. I somehow forgot the app, but when I saw it in the AppStore I just went right away and installed it and bought a membership. The app is incredible and I have now had it for a while. Let’s talk about the app itself now.

 

What is fabulous?

The main goal for the app is to transform users into a better them and build solid habits that will make them more healthy. You start with a journey you choose. An example could be to feel more energized throughout the day. Then slowly everyday you’ll perform different tasks and build them into habits and routines. The app will then motivate you everyday with different messages, sounds etc. in order to keep your success rate as high as possible. And the most important thing is that it’s backed 100% by scientists and every single task has an explanation.

How does it work?

When you’ve chosen the path you want to follow, the app is intelligent enough to not telling you to run if it’s raining outside and can adjust the path by how you react and what your success rate is. Every time you perform a certain task you tell the app you did it and it will award you with a nice sound and often a letter for you to read. And that way you will see the action as a good one and come back and make it into a habit.

If you decide to download the app you don’t need to take all the journeys, but only the ones that you want. And a good tip would be to start with a free journey and if you later decide to take a paid on first pay there.

The app includes many great tools. You simply tap the big button: “Make Me Fabulous”.

There’s everything from mediation, to workouts, to inspiration, to breath exercises. The app got it all. These tools are really helpful if you want to do some hard work like studying etc.
